Daniel Rawlins

Since 2013, Daniel Rawlins has been practicing law in Mebane, North Carolina, where he developed a strong reputation in the community through his own private practice before joining Davis Humbert Law in 2021.

A Cleveland, Ohio native, Daniel is both a proud graduate and die-hard fan of The Ohio State University, where he earned his undergraduate degrees in Chinese and Mechanical Engineering. After a successful career in the field of engineering, he pursued the practice of law, earning his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School and making the move to North Carolina with his family.

Daniel’s practice involves a wide range of disciplines, including Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Property Law, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. At Davis Humbert Law, Daniel handles the firm’s litigation issues related to Estates, property, and small business, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts for clients. He also provides counsel on and writes a variety of trusts for clients; including Revocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and Gun Trusts.

Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and family, coaching youth sports, hiking, and cheering on his Buckeyes.
