Bill graduated from Davidson College in 1973 and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1976. Mr. Humbert retired from the practice of law on March 31st, 2020.

Sadly, on November 12, 2022, Bill passed away. Bill will be fondly remembered as a highly skilled attorney and as an even better friend. He will be greatly missed.
